We are looking for people who want ownership before they want comfort, and who want to do the hardest work of their lives. Sydney, in person, founder-level responsibility from day one.
We are interested in depth in AI, ML, and cognitive science research; infrastructure engineering; forward-deployed engineering; product and design; marketing and sales; and deep domain expertise in private and public markets. We will hire people who can carry one of these whole, not people who can support someone else carrying it.
What we pay depends on what you bring. For an exceptional candidate who joins in the next few months, before there is meaningful revenue or capital behind the firm, the offer is co-founder economics. After that, generous cash and equity at every level, reflecting our ambition to build a firm that produces globally competitive and meaningful output, rather than Australian market rates. If you are a student we want badly enough to ask you to drop out, the offer will reflect that. The product, the culture, and the operating cadence are still being formed; whoever joins now can define those and will be expected to.
